A class action suit initiated by eight former employees in March of 2022 has been given class action status for over 52,000 current and former L3 Harris employees. The lawsuit alleges that L3 Harris did not competitively shop Fidelity 401K plans and limited the employees to expensive plans with high administrative fees. If a settlement is reached, it would affect all employees enrolled in Fidelity 401K plan through L3 harris. Including those that have been laid off or have since retired. Clearly a change in direction is needed in the upper enselon of L3 Harris's leadership team. The company has taken an unsustainable direction, and will fail ultimately as a prime defense contractor.

Anyone with half a brain could see that the Kube wasn't the right guy LMCO knew what they were doing when they kicked that cheater to the curb...
Bring back Bob Henry.
Any more news on this?
Can I join - is this still open. They laid me off illegally - failed to give the state a Warn Notice of their lay offs. I declared my chronic pain disability after my diagnosis - the ADA form asked for nothing. It was an act of transparency after seeing that they won a fake award on Best Place to Work With a Disability.
Turns out they kept the disabled ones because they have no problem with fraud and hiding financial information from traders.
Brown is not welcome either. If you bring on anyone, bring back D Gelston. He stood for his people. I'd support him any day.
L3Harris is not a Prime. Kubasik has been singing that song for over 5 years. They hired Woke VP's and just look at their year over year stock price compared to the A&D peers (they are the only one in the red when you look at year over year comparisons. Board of Directors needs a change, bring Bill Brown back and bring on a activist.
