Level 2+ in CYA mode

Just a reminder that your upline will do whatever they need to keep their job. Their sole goal is to cya to keep the $150k + gravy train going.
Make your own call on what's best for you.

Most level 2s don’t manage anyone. They are just office workers. Nothing to cya about. They also get let go quicker than the union. Most don’t make that much unless they have technical or specialty skills.

The heck they dont. Most if not close to all make $150K. Have you been living under a rock? As a L2, I make a little more than $150K, my raise is going to be $9K, were are you getting off?

We need execs that can see beyond who they personally like and don’t like. It’s not a personality contest. It’s a business.

Lots of teams that are middle men to the outsourced tech dev at Accenture are claiming work will result in fewer workers. The is isn’t true but it passes the Buck. Execs believe it without actually finding out about true ROI on lots of expense and false claims about automation, AI etc.
The wrong people will lose jobs as many are good at faking their worth.

What does this post even mean? It's too late for anyone to CYA. They've already been selected if they're going and they'll find out next week.
