I really don’t see why it matters. I can’t do anything anout it now or in all honestly at any point during last year for my score or the more important to my bonus the business score. I’ll get some amount I had no control over and it’ll help or fully cover my property taxes which are due at the same time and it will be forgotten pretty much right away.
Need time to train the managers on how to present the message to do damage control.

Because they can make you wait. My group typically has been one of those groups that waits till the end. I remember one year where I actually saw the pending deposit into my account before I got my sheet and had the 2 minute call with my manager. They were too busy and lost track of the date.
