You may be right in saying Tech Mahindra is really bad at coding. Who else would perform the work Tech Mahindra does at the contracted rate T pays? Nobody! T better hope Tech Mahindra signs the contracts.
Tech M sucks. They have a few good folks here and there, but as a company they are awful. All the work is slow, usually garbage and has to be fixed, check the code and it looks like someone in entry level coding wrote it. Most of their work is subbed out to subs and they sub it out to more subs. Which is why you never hear from anyone on status and it takes days to get a response as they try to find who’s actually doing the work. ATT would be good dumping them.
Tech M is horrible. They are the worst when it comes to service. It took the Flips at IBM about a year to get completely up to speed, and things were finally working well, and they cut to India. India has not gotten up to speed at all since they were brought on board. I noticed when the year began, several of their employees were no longer with the company. Those that were left over have massive difficulties and create a combative atmosphere. You can't pick up a phone and talk to them, because they wouldn't understand you nor you them. You ask them for status on an order and they say "We are working on it." 3 days later, they still say, "We are working on it, and will update you shortly." Worst group of people I have ever worked with.
Just hope Tech Mahindra doesn't pull the rug out from under at&t! Trust me at&t has a lot more to lose than Tech Mahindra, should the contracts not be renewed.
Tech M does have T over a barrel. They charge a lot and there’s are many groups of internal teams that are go between. Very inefficient.
Yep, that's what we was told. I believe that Tech Mahindra contracts will all be renewed, what choice does at&t have? Tech Mahindra leadership team was born at night, but not last night! They have at&t over a barrel, nuff said.
