2053 total US based employees per email they sent to HR employees.
In that same email they also notified us about India based employees receiving a "special award" of 7.5% of their salaries (up to 750 USD) from JD.

All the layoffs last September didn’t receive media coverage either.
Layoffs across the board in Asset Wealth Management today too. Don't know the total head count though.

All home lending assistants and specialists were laid off. Heard it was nationwide, for sure everyone in the LA area.
ALL of Downers Grove WFH was laid off today! That's hundreds of people!
Well I think they'll try to keep the true numbers hidden for as long as possible, but ... it's a bloodbath, for sure.
