You make more off OT than the bonuses here.
I love how they are constantly hanging the bonus over our heads like it's a HUGE deal. I can clean my closet out and have a garage sale and make more money!
Bonuses are so far out of reach. And they want us to believe they aren't set that way on purpose
Mondelez finds every way to short change you in the frontline. FTOW better get used to it now they have more responsibility.
I'm not sure what my rep bonus was but the barely $300 I received for a bonus after being scheduled all these hours just didn't add up. Heck my gas check does not even add up for the miles I'm putting on my car working OVER 40hrs every week.
