Some people at my club take hour long lunch breaks and only clock out for 30 minutes. How they do it is they clock out for lunch and say they forgot to clock back in and do a time adjustment. They have been getting away with this for years.

We have 3 associates that do time adjustments when they are late and take a longer lunch. Who would get the red flag ? Management ?
There is a red flag for 4 or more adjustments in a six month period for the reason of 'forgot punch', or "other" on the drop down menu when doing an adjustment. But someone would have to actually act on the red flags.
We have those too. And they come in 30 minutes late or a hour later and do a time adjustment.
