How can I get an assignment at the BTC in India as a US expat? I'd make at least 15 times as much as the locals and do the same work as at the Spring campus. Living the dream! What are the selection criteria?

Sadly, this is the kind of snakes that this toxic culture produces.
Couple of options, if you’re a dual Xom couple the path is apparently easy as there are multiple couples at BTC. Don’t worry they will create or force one or both of you into positions if needed to meet the quotas.
Second option is you have to be born in India, move to either the US or Canada THEN come back to India as an expat. This provides the illusion of local supervisors/managers while giving you all the expat benefits.
