It was recently announced that Optum Life Sciences would be leaving Optum Insight for OptumRx. Yesterday, the leader of the HEOR department, which is within Life Sciences, alarmingly said “everything is on the table” and “we will consider all options” to address poor revenue and IOI from 2022. He also announced a plan to increase efficiency by leaning more heavily on OGA staff. It doesn’t sound good, especially with Common Review beginning next week.

IOI is Internal Operating Income. Think Operating Income in general but specific to that line of business or division.
anyone who uses little known abbreviation like the op should be fired. i suspect this person is posting in multiple threads using these abbreviations where nobody can understand them
