A lot of people laid off were in different roles 1 year ago. Couldn’t hire outside the firm quick enough so JD moved a bunch for a quick money grab during the bo-m. Had them train Manila and then kicked them to the curb after the bo-m.
every HLS in my market was let go yesterday. Pretty lame because alot of them were CPC bankers 1 year ago and had they stayed CPC they would still have a job.
HLS were convenient terminated right before we were suppose to receive our bonus checks when we graduated in April/May
