Hmm. I've had my Ranger for 3 years and I absolutely love it. No quality problems and it drives like a tank. Everything is plastic these days and as a result everything feels "cheap".
Ranger simply is not a nice vehicle. It's dated, feels cheap, is uncomfortable, is not fuel efficient, and has a noisy power train and interior . I would not ever recommend one, nor even consider buying one even at a deep discount. The Maverick & Bronco are not much better, but what do you expect when Ranger & Bronco are built at the worst plant for quality.
