I worked in Services in RR and was a top performer and got cut out of nowhere. Leadership is a joke and a good old boy system from the top down
It used to be a meritocracy but decisions are made in a vacuum by clueless leaders that have no soul....freakin joke. Dell does not care about you....run away...run away.
Lots of reorg happening. Some say after wave of products ship it will happen. Any truth there?
Apparently OKC had some teams get hit on frontline, but I’m not too sure about the details.

I'm safe but, i personally havent heard of anyone being laid off in RR so pretty sure its all gonna be in EMEA and JPG
