He single-handedly running Intel to the ground with his ambitious IDM 2.0 vision which is still questionable if it works. Shouldn't he get more pay cut to save the sinking ship ?

Take a 100% pay cut, but take some responsibility as well. Nearly all other tech CEOs in the middle of massive layoffs have said they are responsible for getting their companies in trouble. All we've heard from PG, DZ, CP, SR, MJ are "macroeconomic headwinds, blah blah". Step up, own it, and you'll get more respect from the working masses.
He is greedy and wants lots of money to donate to his faith
Surprised the board hasn't kicked him out yet. In the span of a year, he's brought the stock price from 60 to 30. He's destroying Intel.
How about just plain old “GREED”.
They need to save the steeper pay cut for the 1Q 2023 Earnings Announcement. Look for it last week of April 2023.
IFO WF starts down from 10 k to 4k,lots of BBs doing nothing ,meanwhile GB guys all over the F34 project going nowhere quickly
TSMC ,5 weeks to qualify an ASM tool,Intel 3 months
F34 joke,4 years into the project,no qual yet
CEO pays are disproportionately high. Pat's pay should be disproportionately high as well. The field should be leveled. Flatten the hierarchy. Let the company rise from the flat surface. Never forget that no one is above the flat hierarchy. The bells of whistles of higher grades have cushioned for a long time. The music can't go on forever.
IDM 2.0 is his vision and strategy to revive Intel. He keeps pushing for this vision. wondering if there is anyone inside Intel opposing to his vision?
To be fair, he didn't do this single-handedly. But he should be taking a real pay cut instead of a symbolic one.
Instead of 25% pay cut, he should be getting 30% to 40% pay cut.
