Let's start by 1) Having parts available for those vehicles in repair shops (2 months is ridiculous) and 2) Get the chips in faster for consumers. Then maybe will have bette customer satisfaction and improved EBIT.

The writer says the “epic battle begins for electric vehicle customers,” which tells you that electric vehicle customers are very difficult to come by.
