Yes there are still employees who have the old pension plan. They have never upgraded their skills nor worked outside the company. This leads to “same old way” attitude.

Everyone who has not left is either overcompensated, under skilled or just hanging on for the pension.

meh, lawsuit does not appear to be all that big a deal. Layoffs? Those are happening throughout tech and D&B is leveraging to replace underperforming employees.
