Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Has anyone else not received separation papers?

It’s been 2 full days now and still nothing from HR. I was told by Kevin Christopher as well as direct form stating I would receive information 1 day after term. Still nothing. Anyone else dealing with this?

HR is useless or rather HAVE BEEN MADE useless. They really are limited in what they know and can do for you.

Was supposed to go to your Personal email, but 4 days later, nothing!!! Contact your former boss or HR and tell them you want severance paperwork Fed Ex'd to you with a return label included. Who knows, maybe they can get that right. We shouldn't have to do all the leg work for HR's incompetence.

Find an attorney to send a letter inquiring to HR. That should get their attention. Realize to that you didn’t create the situation. JPMC did that. What I did when I was looking for a new position before I left JPMC was target a startup that was well funded. It’s been a great time so far. A startup isn’t for everyone but finding a less stressful company to work for is a good thing for you emotionally. A smaller company in an industry that isn’t so soul sucking could be just the thing for you. Having an attorney send a letter will probably help move your paperwork along a bit faster. You aren’t doing it to be a jerk. It’s just business and looking after your own interests. Best wishes. Glad I left when I did. I work from home full time now and it’s great

Have not received email or paperwork. Personal email was updated during meeting with former boss and received confirmation it was accepted. Called boss Friday and was told it was escalated to upper management and it was highly doubted paperwork would even come on Friday. The employee checklist links don't work either. Nothing like adding extra stress to this charade. HR incompetence is almost laughable at this point. Management should be all over HR personnel and hold them accountable for this fiasco.

It finally came through but my account is disabled so the docs can’t even be accessed. This is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen.

I received my info email. Is your personal email address correct in me@jpmc? I would double check that, otherwise I'd call HR

If you're in California contact the California State Labor Board.
