To the OP: you are delusional and insensitive piece of work. Some of the people laid off from Dell were there for over 2 decades and to deny their pain and quite possibly, trauma makes you an automatron. You have swallowed the tall tale from Corp America that you are part of a family when in fact you are nothing but the help. And once that help is deemed unnecessary, you get tossed to the curb. In Psychology, that type of behavior is Anti-Social Personality disorder and that is how Dell acted.
People have the right to be flipping angry. It is by far much healthier than this insipid cr-p from laid off employees about how they understand why this was a tough decision. It wasn’t. They were worth more “dead than alive” so dead they became. I truly wish Americans would stop believing the BS being fed to them from people who have too much and want what you have, too.
