They are following Jeff Bezos's model. If you're not familiar with this, do your research. The longer they keep you, the more it cost them.

It has nothing to do with your 'stuck in the old way of doing it' mentality.
No one feels insecure! It's a FACT that they are getting rid of long term associates! This is because they make more money and the powers that be arent satisfied with their billions already. Plus those long term associates can be replaced with 2 others.
Look at that, someone must be feeling insecure. All if the comments have been deleted. Karma is coming that you are not able to delete.
