Wells Fargo afraid to fire him and get sued if there’s not enough proof. So women continue to get bullied and harassed by him and his buddies until then. Wells Fargo ALWAYS puts Wells Fargo first.
WFC should suspend him and launch a thorough investigation.
Truth is, these “so-called professionals” of Wells Fargo should not put themselves in this situation. I’m a woman and I partied hard with co-workers and bosses years ago, but after reading this -I realize I wasn’t keeping myself safe and was not setting a good example. (No- not saying she deserved to be attacked, just acknowledging that I too have put myself in similar risky situations and have been lucky to have been with respectful mature kind men.)
Much more so, managers and leaders should not put themselves in a position where they will be tempted and/or could be accused. The top earners at Wells Fargo are the worst, because many of them do not mind using their money and/or power to control and manipulate.
Wells Fargo likes to think their Annual Compliance Training protects them against all their fraud and crimes and toxic behaviors. “We told our employees not to ra-e and bully each other - here’s the 7 min video.” If it’s not modeled at the top, if it’s not supported at the top, if they are not prepared to take swift decisive action when policy is ignored it’s all a bunch of PR bs.
You have to k!ll someone before you get fired at WF.
Seems media has declared him guilty. Not saying he's innocent, but it still needs to play out. As many FAs I've seen fired over lesser matters, I would be surprised that WF would protect this guy if his conduct was exactly as described in the story.
We already knew that. It's part of WF culture.

Are you really saying that an allegation means you should be fired? Anyone can make a claim. Proving it or having additional evidence is entirely different.
