YBM was a joke they had all these people come down and make these clubs look good and corporate walking around like everything is perfect this was nothing but a dog and pony show smhhhhh.

I pray you guys leave this toxic work environment. This is Sam's Club culture to the core and they are either too corrupt, incompetent, or both to stop wasting driving everyone into the groolund with unrealistic expectations and fruitless visits.
This has happened every year for the past 30!!! Expecting that sort of change is ridiculous!
I had so many Vine trainers getting my produce department ready it was ridiculous.
YBM is a fantasy land. They set things up all nice, neat, straight, & to the red bars. Managers walk through & corporate clowns tell them that "this is the expectation. nothing less will be tolerated."
What they don't tell them is how to make it look like that when you're blitzed with too much freight & not enough time or bodies to get it worked. Or how to keep it zoned when members are ravaging & trashing the club at every turn.
Very easy to make & keep merchandise look perfect when no one is shopping it.
