When you see your stores less frequently who would think you’d get more? Oh Seagrave, well there ya go! Hahahahaha! I’ve noticed a nice increase in KEEBLER displays in store, anyone else? Hahahahaha!
If I woke up with my head sewn to the carpet I wouldn’t be more surprised at the bs they throwing at us daily.
Stores don't care about numbers. Anything they put on display will sell. The way to sell in this business is to build relationships which is hard to do when you have 30 stores. Such a d-mb model they've come up with

Now it makes sense, if Seagraves is behind it, sure to be an epic fail! Anyone willing to be a part of his plan, hold onto your hat, you’re in for a ride! Never met a person who loves them self as much as he does! Good luck 🤣
Mission 1 is an absolute joke. You do more work for constant criticism. You need to to be betting all these displays because we have CRM analytics lol. These stores really could care less about them when you approach that team lead and ask for a display. And the way you get bonuses for the quarter is held to if a store says yes or no on what we call so called scripted displays that no one gives us. Sell sell sell. Is all they think we’re Mondelez they will give us all the displays we want which doesn’t happen. This new idea that Seegraves thinks works is a joke and watch the threats will be coming.
We already had 2 people that were hired on as full time order writers quit and Mission 1 is not even live yet😂 This is a absolute joke of a model. It’s the greatest hits of all the failed models of the past on one album.

Mission one is awesome. You get to work harder with more stores more responsibilities and less support and way more criticism. I think everyone should be excited!!!
