I heard from a PM over the weekend that there are unknown attendees on their planning calls. In one case the call was ended by the PM, before closing the session voices speaking non English started chatting.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Back in the days when RP was VP of engineering and her friend was running India, they wanted to have a parallel product management and engineering org to run a parallel development center isolated from the US team. The thinking is that they would take over all development and lay off many higher salaried engineers and others in the US. This insurrection was proposed because many of the same current middle engineering VPs and SVP were, at the time and still are, clueless as to what's going on, incompetent when it came to the product, and spineless in standing up to determined and focused peers. So the game continues now? wasting more time and resources?
