Don’t thinks there’s a need to get rid of fishy gill, looks like the Gatsheed office is doomed. Once Voldemort done one, the sourcing team has left 1 by 1. But worry not, we’re still moving into our new office next month.

Sure sounds like the end is near for this poorly run unit. I sure hope the upper management of ISE Mission gets canned. I hate to see the good people get affected, but at this point everyone knew it was coming.

“Make Mission Great again” that man shoots his foot on a daily basis, he just can’t stop being stoopid

I left over a year ago from the Mission side. It was the best decision I ever made.
This thread is so funny. Nothing has changed at all. Management has not changed at all.
"Make Mission Great Again" was one thing that was always said by 1 management person. Lol he is one of the main problems. I will be celebrating the day the door closes.
this made my day

We have no inventory hub anymore, most offices at Breen are gone. Only 7 sales reps left in the US. closed multiple stores over the last couple years. Now we are selling off inventory. Management has no idea what they are doing. I expect it will shut down over the next couple months. Mission was great at one time. All of the people that cared are gone.

How sad, the last 8 years have been very sad for ISE, we are going down, down, deeper and down

ISE mission is fire selling product that has not been on the books for 12 months, and not reordering anything
I guess better sell off all inventory before it closes down. I have never seen it happen this early in the year.

ISE is a shadow of its former self, I have been part of ISE since it was WISE and since the changeover of leadership almost 10 years ago it has been on a steady downward slide, surely we must bottom out soon ?
The management of ISE that I have met are shocking, just shockingly poor at the key parts of management that were the blood of the old WISE group. No motivational, leadership or interpersonal skills are present and there is absolutely no team spirit

Dear Quack, sorry CWIAK, as one of the id--t leaders within ISE I hereby request you sell me my business unit. For out with the leadership of my VP and above, my business unit is an excellent revenue and margin maker.

Clay please direct the team to sell off ISE business units ....please before their names all are tarnished beyond redemption.

Signed a disillusioned manager of what used to be a great business unit

The whole of CaPs is screwed, especially ISE, high working capital requirement and low margin, it’s not the future for NOV, can it now, sell it off or let the id--t management buy it if they have so much experience and commitment to their minuscule product line.

I work for a apart of ISE. We were told parts transfer inter group at cost. ISE Mission wanted to show a profit. So we were told we could not order parts. I was told to have the rig division order the parts and then for me to buy from RIG. I was told it was all funny money, but this way ISE mission showed a profit that is how I had to order pumps.

I think Breen Road sums the man up perfectly, Mission/PPS, badly planned, badly managed and very badly executed - all under his direct control and his puppets mis-managing it. Does PPS still make anything ?

Of course Mission is falling apart. All at the hands of their VP. Mission had a ton of experience in the product and what the customer wanted. Plants that had millions of dollars of back logs pumping out product. Then he shuts them all down, consolidates plants, puts his own country men in charge with no idea on what they are doing. How could everyone not see this coming?

What are you talking about ? I work in Wireline/Flowline and we have a huge amount of stock and our clients don’t mind our pricing one bit. ISE is an excellent organization making maximum use of working capital.
Which product line are you talking about ?
Suppliers may put you on stop but clients don’t or am I missing something ?
