It’s easy formula for the top- if you can’t manage, you go with consulting group to prepare the “blame storm” cycle. If that fails, managed services/offshore. If that fails move to Clouds despite your infrastructure security needs work .. then top gets rewarded handsomely with their journey of trial-and-errors no accountability. When in doubt lay offs and/or reorg. This is how this org. works..artificial growth by M&A and never organic growth.. easy $$ until your unethical practices being scrutinized
