"Another is stack ranking which pitted employees one against another". Trust me, this is alive and well in every company. It's just getting worse, because management and leadership is "non-existent". It's that simple.

I remember Jac and his Jacuzzi. Soon after he left, forced stack ranking was eliminated.
I really wish Mr. Welch's various unsavory management practices would be buried with him rather than being followed by fools like the Legend
This is Jac Nasser lite. My prediction is that Farley wont last much longer than Jac did. September 1st of this year is my over/under. Then hopefully Bill gets his head out of his @ss and hires a real car guy. Not a finance guy. Not a furniture maker. Not a Marketing guy..... A F-ING CAR GUY to run a car company.
