We need to build lots of high end fabs to make chips no one will buy. Alpha as fuark. Intel has plenty of f-k u money to stick it to the Chinese. He-l yeah Murica.
Get funded by taxpayers, make billions in profits and pay dividends to shareholders in the US. Income tax earning by the state will be minuscule compared to the dividends.
