The AI systems are a joke.
AI can catch alarms in the network, but it fails to cancel the dispatch when the alarm clears. And it sends it directly to dispatch with no human review.
And you can create a whiteboard ticket for network maintenance, except AI isn't smart enough to check for that so you get another dispatch.
It's a sad joke. A truly pathetic effort that TT & his clowns proclaim will make things more efficient.
I hope the AI works better than say, 3GIS, Cherwell, Fortinet VPN, OFSC, DSI and pretty much all the SW powerhouse's attempts. This place it a joke.

These layoffs are always on Thursdays, I have been with the company 4 years, and this is not the first time they have done this. My daughter was one of the many that got cut this last time around. Two weeks prior my son in law got cut. I am in assignments and have seen Facility Provisioning, LSPAC, Tier I, Wifi Calling, NOC, Mitigation and POTS take a hit from all of this. I am sure they are not even close to being done yet. What cracks me up is the company email that was sent out after all of this that said they are working towards having an AI System...what a joke.
My entire group got let go, 50 something people at once. LSOAC BTAC and beard most repair groups got let go.. sad day for sure wirh awful severance packages
I am on the complex sag team/translations and most of our team plus our manager got cut. Not that it matters these days but we have many years seniority and knowledge on our team. I heard all of lspac got cut.
Did everyone in LSPAC get let go?

@nbn+1lFWl8LA - sorry to hear. I also got laid off in Nov 2022 after 22 years and have a wife with early stages of dementia on top of that - such a caring company.
A couple things - the NDA that they will force her to sign to get her severance was written by a mo--n and will not stand up in court - the enslavement clause about assisting Windstream as they deem needed for zero compensation was ludicrous. She can also file a discrimination case with the EEOC which does not violate the NDA
My wife was laid off today after 22 years. Sh*tty severance package, and the jobs went overseas. Sure wish Arkansas legislation could do something to punish companies within the state that take jobs away from hard working Americans and give them to foreigners. It's shameful.
Can confirm, my whole group got laid off at lunch with today being the last actual day of work, meeting was just to get personal emails to send details to and then they cut off access immediately
SMB Care support and SMB repair Tier 1 support, last day is March 31st.

All wholesale ilec & kinetic were let go.Only team kept was pc’s. Fttt ,design, data all gone. management was let go also.
