No difference from the dru$ dealers - Top justified the fines/lawsuits as line item- part of doing businesses- tops are happy as they stuffed their pockets more stock options.. eventual golden parachutes with no consequences..they are guaranteed 200x base salary as part of termination with or without cause. Google UHG 2022 proxy check out compensation - more specifically page 58. Check out UHG layoff .. who suffered? PTs and more workers got laid off.. very sad
There are many people that work in billing that perpetuate this. They will retaliate if you say anything. I guess they have their lives wrapped up in their jobs but this is a dangerous company to do that with. They don’t care about their employees or patients. But it’s not just this company, it’s the industry as a whole.
