MM is an SAP module I used.
Entitled customers like you are the worst. Any business book will say that customers like you are never worth trying to keep.
A customer who you treat like cr-p? Looking at the annual cost of fixing customer found defects that's all your customers. What do the books say about having no customers?

As a customer, CX now stands for Customer Exit. We used to buy you because TAC had great engineers and leaders who would take our calls. No matter what, I could call Tom Berghoff or Curt Hill and they would move heaven and earth to get me a part, get my call escalated or get the attention of the BU. After they left, the writing was on the wall. I now buy “Anything But Cisco”. SMARTNet contracts will be run out when the equipment is retired. All your success people will not matter when we don’t buy your gear.
How is MM still around?
As long as she's cutting costs, she's a huge success in the ELT's and non-employee shareholder's eyes. She was hired to cut costs and she did. She started w/ Customer Experience (CX) or whatever its name was before that, and then she took over all of Operations in addition to CX. She's like a bad rash. It doesn't go away and it spreads.
this is the straw that broke our back Chuck, ok so you want us to fail so that we may sell more subscription software packages , to who , the alienated customers who have given up on Cisco due to horrible BCS delivery and under trained engineering resources from Mexico? guess what, we give up too and enjoy your changes, maybe you realize how much MM has destroyed services.
AS needed a “big 4” leader like I need another hole in my a-s. What AS needed was to actually listen to customers. And now CX has 3 “success” managers for every customer, none of whom know how the donuts are made makes MM’s failure complete. Every customer meeting is a circus minus the clowns.
Also love how CR considers CX employees a product. What a f-ing tool he is.

End of CX?
"MM's analogy of "change is really just a side effect of opportunity; we can either run alongside it or wait for it to run us over""
MM only cares about quietly cutting costs and collecting enormous stock grants. She is laughing all the way to the bank $$$$
No one in the ELT cares about transformation or change. It's just a buzzword to use around grunt workers with mortgages to keep them motivated.
I feel sorry for the person that is taking on this transformation leadership role. They are directly accountable to CR, but report to MM. That's a disaster waiting to happen. MM is spinning it as saying the transformation leader "can rely on the extremely critical ONEx muscle to help us achieve our ambitious ... goals."
MM's analogy of "change is really just a side effect of opportunity; we can either run alongside it or wait for it to run us over" and then talk about putting on your running shoes because we accelerate now is funny because Cisco has spent the last 8 yrs of CR's CEO tenure trying to change from selling boxes to selling subscriptions, aka recurring revenue. CX, I mean ONEx, is already being run over and MM thinks we should start running and "trust her and the ELT to make the best decisions for Cisco."
I'm tired and hopping on the bus. To heck w/ running.

Nothing new there then.
Face it, AS was an underperforming basket case before V2Momma rocked up and renamed it. I was in the room in SJ when she did her first all hands, you could tell it wasn’t going to end well, especially after the way she dealt with JP.
What AS needed was some one from a big-four consulting firm that really understood professsional services, unfortunately it didn’t happen.
But like our fearless leader says. I hope we never stop changing….
If only she got news from the boots on the ground and how demotivating the never ending change is….
