At this point if you got any PTO at all you better use them. BC they aren’t going let you use them if you put in your notice, or if you retire, or if you get laid off, or if this ship sinks. Which let’s face it that’s what’s happening.
I heard if you take all the blame for the issues caused by the incompetent RMS and DM they will give you an extra week of pto.
Kraft was very generous with their PTO. First thing Irene did when she took the helm was cut back and take away PTO. Believe me, it’s not enough PTO to make this job worth it, and they will likely cut back more when the time is right for them, right now they are busy 🤣
Full time Merch start off with 2 weeks, when you hit 5 years with the company you get another week.. and 10 ‘floating holidays’

It depends on how long you are with the company for pto days. It seems like my rdr and dm are on pto everyday of the year.
