Bo-m boxes with gospel music/ People constantly taking days off without preapproval while some never go on vacation. Non-English spoken even though the department is in the US and everyone speaks English, at least that is when they need to gripe! Staff
stab each other in the back. The list goes on........Is it too much to write these guys up or does it take to much hire good staff.

Clearly diversity and inclusion has failed. People in US offices should speak English. The labels you put on people are irrelevant. They do not contribute to the discussion.
Dude accusing the other dude of racism - stop projecting your failings on others.
I have worked on a floor where the main language spoken was Hindi
The person called writer racist is stirring the pot of hatred. Get your kicks somewhere else. I have seen uncalled for comments from staff in their native language when they disagree with other members of equal rank. That is not racist, it is plain rude. Yes, there are times when staff needs to command another language to address customer needs, but one or a few speaking among themselves or to supervisors, team leads ior addressing the manager in a meeting in a language a customer or their colleagues don't understand creates an uncomfortable environment. It does not bode well for the camaraderie or teamwork you try to foster in a group or team. It allows for the growth of suspicion and unease which can grow into racism. It takes one act to grow some kind of bad human behavior.
welcome to the new usa baby
When you say non English what language are you referring to? You sound A WHOLE LOT RACIST!!
