STI for severanced employees has never been 100% of target (except for the VSP). It used to be 67%. Since 2022 it has been 75%. No corporate modifier applied. It is however, prorated for the number of months you are on the active payroll during the plan year.

(Rif'd last year) Oh big time... when they told me I am affected by rif they said its not performance based as I was never developing before all my years at Vz and when I got StI you guessed it was less. It's easy to give less rating when they are not going to have to do face to face review when employee doesnt work. In the severance it had stated clearly you are eligible for 100% sti as long as you are employed Dec 24th.
I did. I spent 10 out of 12 months last year off the phone as a support coach. They weighed my performance with 50% phones, 50% coaching and I ended Performing. Bull cr-p. How can you justify 2 months of calls making up 50% of my yearly performance? Oh I know why! Because then you don't have to put me down as leading and pay me more!!!
Lol. You may be safe for now. But unless you own Verizon, nobody is safe. Everyone is replaceable. Anyone that does not believe it ask the whole U.S. based Social Media that was laid off. The whole department replaced by outsourced employees. Why pay someone $68,000 a year, health, dental, vision, tuition assistance, paid leave, etc. They can pay employees in the Philippines $200.00/mo US Their goal was to save money? Goal reached. Now the brand will go down the toilet.
We’re safe, I don’t care
We are vteamers. Why would vz layoff vteamers
