I wonder how long more they are going to be reducing hours. It’s frustrating to be alone in the morning during the VIP sale. The coverage just sucks.

So… these are the results you get for paying everyone more than $15/hour minimum. Who cares how much they will pay you an hour since they cut your hours to make you actually make the same or less than before the COVID Shut Down!! And you can’t pick up shifts because they are being deleted!!! The managers can’t even be honest with us about this!
This is sad.
All this going on is going to continue thru the holidays.
Employees are the single biggest expense. It’s all about the bottom line and EBITA.
They are going to continue to have less hours through April as well from what I was told.
Sounds like they are trying to get people to leave through attrition….so they don’t have to lay them off and they don’t have to pay them any severance…..Hmmm
I wonder who got a bonus for thinking of that sneaky idea.
Then why do they have us open until 10pm on the flip side? There’s no one after about 8:30…
They said it’s due to projections. There are fewer to 0 customers in the morning and the same for the last hour or two at closing time.
