Just play d-mb and if they catch you, just say you thought it was a form of severance and that you have no means to pay it back. It was their mistake after all. If they push for the payback, contact an attorney to see what your options are since it was their d-mb mistake to begin with and you should not be penalized for it.
Yes, they will find you and you will have 2 weeks to pay it back.
Hate to say it but contact Dell HR, they will end up taking those checks back from your account. Better for you to do the right thing even with this heartless company
