Farley is scared, tirades and tantrums at communication and PR for not getting him positive press. 3 major brokerages have issued memos to avoid any investment in Ford until Farley is terminated. BoD under scrutiny, Alexandra does not have the experience or qualifications. Ford also tops watchdog lists for worst companies to work for and unethical behaviors; age discrimination, nepotism, s-x. harassment etc.
Shareholders are angry and demanding accountability as the " Transformation " is failing, Continued recalls, loss of market share and the stupidity of announcing billions of $$$ losses on EV!!!!!!!! Farley, Field, Raisinghani, Louis Victor, Cannis, Dion... all fakes, no accomplishments. Look around folks, not difficult to see what has happened and what continues; alot of talk, useless presentation decks and nothing is getting done. Lawler is visibly jittery knowing financials are in the toilet. Tesla, Hyundai, Kia are launching next gen EVs and we cant deliver our Lightning. Pathetic, what was a great company is now garbage. Shame on Bill Ford.

@1kpi+1lOcD6QD - that's exactly why we're in such a mess of a state. Those who climbed to the top due to politicking stills are dictating decisions regarding direction/design/engineering/financials rather than listening to the experts in each area (that is if there were actually any left). The top layer or two in each area should be consulting with those who are still doing the actual work every day and familiar with the latest advancements in the field. Problem is that they too are looking to climb up to the seven figure compensation positions, so just tell top couple of layers that the "The sky is green, and we'll correct those under us who are insisting it's blue."

One reason I liked Mulally was because with his engineering background he knew that it was impossible that everything was going smoothly and that his reports were hiding various problems instead of bringing them to light where they can be addressed.

All should be benchmarking toyota and honda. Oh and if you have one thought about cherry picking stop. Toyota took gm's model and made it way better.

@hab+1lOcD6QD. We have had advanced connectivity and software for years. Has it improved quality? The quality of the advanced connectivity systems has been poor. Yippee. When garbage is launched a fix can be downloaded- if/when a solution is identified.

@hab+1lOcD6QD bev's not so simple. now adding heatpumps. complex battery heating and cooling. will get more complex to squeeze more miles out and allow faster charging. you can't charge fast without needing to remove large heat losses. advanced cooling / themal mgt will be needed. may have to transition back to chevy volt style onboard engine for practical towing. complexity not in part count but higher level concepts. bean counters only count parts. silly rabbits.

Model e products will have improved quality built into them automatically due to being simplicity of BEV and advanced connected data and software. Add in new Ford OS, well there you go, best in segment quality.

Yep you’re right. It’s all bullsh*t rhetoric and empty promises from ford senior management. Clown 🤡 Jim Farley should know better as he came from Toyota. (But only after they fired his unless PD a$$.)

Toyota doesn’t over sensationalize their products on what they’re going to do 2-3 years out. Instead they let all of their great real vehicles/products and totally satisfied customers do all of their talking for them and it shows in their better sales, low warranty, high customer satisfaction, etc. #FJF 🤡
