Someone here made a great point, employee feedback from surveys is not used to improve the company at all.
Do they care about what we think and how we see this place, or are they totally uninterested in our opinion?

The surveys are a waste of time and money. Nothing is done
... "TSA security theater"
Peanut butter is now a "liquid".
"Once you present it to them, it will be forgotten about within a few minutes of the presentation ending."
Spot on. Made the mistake one year of putting effort into this annual MyVoice ritual. Literally nothing presented was implemented. Fast forward to this year and what ideas are being suggested? The same ones from when I did it. 5+ years ago.
It's like TSA security theater. If you make lots of motions that appear like you're considering feedback, that's as good as actually doing something with the feedback!
Look, just go along with what leadership tells you. Volunteer to help a breakout team put together a PowerPoint on one of the feedback points in the survey. Tell them how they can fix one of the issues once your team has analyzed it. Once you present it to them, it will be forgotten about within a few minutes of the presentation ending.
It's a joke and they know it. Same sh-t every year for as long as I can remember.
