Is it true that there is a kyndryl layoff in asset management ? We got asked to come all my team to the office! No reason given! So it is very weird

Certain laid off persons are being recalled back to work (white male). KD took a broad brush to worker's being laid-off. Then the workers that were brought back. Were put right back in th the position's they were vacated from. No loss of time money or position.
In Poland layoffs starts at 2 April. Managers was already announced to pick most lazy employes to layoff.
We were told this morning of cuts in CIO in North America, and that we are not affected (Europe). Let's see what happens.

What is the severance package for US?
A few of us are from the US today. I am sure I will hear more from my team tomorrow. I believed the propaganda about the company trying not to worry about the stock price and wanted to get it right. Nothing has been done showing that is the case. I have a sense of relief after getting laid off and can find a better fit for my skills.
I got hit with it today in the US.
75% of those on the list are aged 55+. Hmmm
I heard rumors that CIO will get hit hard. Starting April which is really close so this seems to be the start of something with double digit figures.
