The ELT wants to train us on White privilege. How about Executive Privilege? They lay off hard working smart employees while the rake in over 100X what the average worker makes. KCC, HA, JW, NC, and of course little SM. A band of privileged rich people who pretend to care about you. What a DEI JOKE! All while revenue decreases.

How do people like this think they can dictate moral values onto us? At what point did they wake up and say we are right and everyone who disagrees with us is wrong? They should encourage diversity of thought - not try to drive diversity but making everyone conform to their views.
Exactly - they think they can wear social cause t-shirts, create some required training, and do a feel good event like it really makes a difference. Then they post pictures of themselves on social media. They are just making themselves feel good.
