I exceeded expectations during my year review and received no bad feedback. I got a 1% “raise” but my job changed drastically with triple responsibility. Any advice?

Same here, got 2.67%
Try harder,your obviously a slacker
1% raise? I doubt it…
this year you get a raise...next year..someone else may get it. THat's how it was explained to me.
I feel bad that my colleague was laid off and because he’s gone I finally got the promo and 20% raise I’ve been trying to get. Just not happy that I now have it and it’s most likely because they cut a really good person just for the numbers. I just don’t get the whole numbers game with these layoffs.
You are probably near the top of pay for your grade.
"be happy your still working"
signature motto of the underachiever.
Be happy you’re still working.
same here, although I got an increase from 2.33%. It is what it is and for now I am happy that I still have a job.
It’s just a sign o' the times. Learn to like it or move on. However, most companies are reading from the same playbook so caution is advised.
