Doubt that. Simply too much forum boards here to be controlled by just one company. They may request for something to be pulled, though, and if the post violates laws or web site’s ToS, the site owners may comply.
As much as I’ve read ToS in the footer, this site doesn’t have much rules. Avoid naming names, coursing and using derogatory speech and your post should stick.
