Why do people stay with this company? >Constant threat of layoff. Extremely poor leadership. Upcoming sale. Constant turmoil. So many failed initiatives. I have been with them since Gainwell became a company and it has been nothing but constant turmoil and failure for over 2 years. I’m in amazement that people stay.
