Hey everyone, these layoffs are not to save any $ but more to pay for Leaders and their entourage to travel all around the country for roadshows, site visits, feedback sessions, or whatever they want to call it. And all of it most definitely needs to be posted on instagram showing everyone having a good old time, while other departments can't even expense a box of kleenex. Thank la to you for alerting us to behavior. KB is the sacrificial lamb. We are hoping you are happy now. Also, rifs are coming in 11 days. We have put you on that list since you are so concerned about waste to the company.
Yup. It’s gross. I was just talking to someone about it today. We can’t backfill the 3+ positions in our department and we’re overworked, but I’m so glad to see the band 6+ had fun in Tampa and spent 10x the salary budget we needed for 3x backfills in one trip! Glad you can’t afford to pay me for all the overtime I work but can manage a few hundred thousand for a pointless roadshow.
