So I call into the help desk, which is no help at all, wait for days from a field tech to contact me. I don’t understand when the helpless help desk cannot help me, why they laid off a bunch of techs who can actually help but now can’t because they have too much on their plate. Redundants are getting cut, nothing that is needed. I am a vp and this new analyst in my group always talks comics and checks his crickett scores. I tell him to read the journal daily, nobody's care about crickett . But instead read and learn and grow so yeah he can get cutt and go sit in his uncles basement and play mad libs and drink Yahoo!
You’re looking at it all wrong. Its more important to give Jane an extra 2 million to up her pay to match some of her peers who are over other banks. We have an aggressive ESG initiative planned out. So to meet those goals, we need to make sure that revenue is spent make the Citi first female CEO’s pay matches her peers rather than spending that pay on other people’s salary. All in all, everyone wins.
