Please refer to an actual written policy that says you must be in the office for 6 hours. I keep hearing this number thrown around but there is NO written policy indicating you must be in the office for 6 hours to count as a day in the office. I know a number of people that do about 4-5 hours in office and then 3-4 hours from home with no consequences.

Why are you asking here instead of your manager?

Constantly asking this question won't have any positive outcomes for anyone.

Reread older posts and/or ask your manager. Don't be afraid of your manager.
