Now that the stock price is out of the rut and things may look better for this quarter given the rise of the stock price in short period and market sentiment towards tech stock is rising

Yes, right when you are laid off your the pay cuts will end.
Fat chance, Maybe we will see better reward part of the restore(RSU's), but Intel is far away from the pit of death. I would love to hear any plans for the reward cycle with merit increase being delayed a whole year (retention bonus for key individuals I'd imagine). Don't expect Intel to turn as quick as the stock price, there is still 2 years of execution hanging on the balance demonstrating whether we can be competitive with TSMC and AMD.
