Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

Genius move

From another post in regards to layoffs—“You’re looking at it all wrong. Its more important to give Jane an extra 2 million to up her pay to match some of her peers who are over other banks. We have an aggressive ESG initiative planned out. So to meet those goals, we need to make sure that revenue is spent make the Citi first female CEO’s pay matches her peers rather than spending that pay on other people’s salary. All in all, everyone wins.”

Jane is a genius on self preservation. No matter what happens at Citi, she will always come out on top. While this post may sound like a complaint, in truth, I’m envious of her. Well played Jane.

That is not how it works and so jane is underpaid compared to her colleagues. I feel bad for her and dont think its fair. She is underpaid because she is a woman. Its not fair!!!

CEO pay should equate to the improvement of the stock price. No improvement, the less money they should make regardless if your male or female.

Jane is underpaid compared to the men who run other banks. Is she paid less cuz she's a lady?? not fair
