We got what almost 2 dozen FTOWs and maybe 10% of them are fully capable of doing the job

I have some amazing merchandisers on my team like 75% of the full-timers are great but being merchandisers who could could write an occasional order, but that dose not translate to running stores and keeping up with everything
We tried this 20-25 years ago it didn’t work, they think it will work this time due to some system that generates dead stock not orders
I’d rather you had taken my car away then be given 33 stores to manage, with people you essentially told to do my old job
