There has to be some reason the company would go to these lengths to prolong things. It's suspicious, and you can bet this place is not doing it because they love floor employees. Did Gove do this at Golfsmith? They are trying to play CYA and the only thing I can think of so far is to make sure they get their severance. Unless Granal knew something.
This is more like a relative with no hope of living being kept " alive" by artificial means. They will never leave the bed but hey., they "breathe"!
They can't even go out of business the right way lol. They should have filed CH11 months ago and stop taking on all this debt. This is why they will go right to CH7, there is nothing to salvage here even with CH11.
