Every time I hear about Hertz, I think of the multitude of articles on the failed ERP implementation. Has c-suite not learned their lesson?
The answer is a resounding NO. As long as we have the same leadership at the top, nobody should expect to see any positive change. That's a fact.
The exec team is a revolving door of clueless id--ts.....first move the HQ from Park Ridge....then deal with late cars by reporting them as stolen to avoid adding headcount....then file BK....then announce a huge deal to put Teslas in the fleet that most won't rent unless at a discount....and watch their resale values drop....
