Most of HON PIP's are designed to get the employee to quit without having to pay severance or during termination get the employee to agree to minimum 4 week. Don't fall for the trick and ask for max severance amount. Any bogus performance feedback during last few weeks do not count in court

Yep, my loser manager at the behest of our snake director tried to PIP me just before a round of layoffs. I had dirt and they knew it so they dropped the PIP threat, filthy games they play.
